UKIFAC Day 2 (03/07/16)

So that concludes the second day of shooting and the 2016 United Kingdom & Ireland Field Archery Championships. It was an absolutely amazing weekend with great people, great weather and great shooting!

Congratulations to all of the guys from North Gwent and the Welsh Team from placing third in the UKIFAC Nations tournament.

Well done to Ieuan for coming first in his category, and setting 2 new Personal Bests & UK & Irish records, in addition to achieving his Senior Bow Master (SBM) status.

Well done to Jack for achieving a Silver medal in his category.

Well done to Shane for shooting 2 personal bests and being the champion archer of the B class.

Well done to Aron for coming first in his category and shooting 2 personal bests!

Unfortunately, due to equipment failure, Rob was unable to shoot to his full potential.

And the final scores for the guys from North Gwent are as follows:

Ieuan - 503 + 498 = 1,001

Shane - 482 + 489 = 971

Rob - 474 + 459 = 933

Jack - 416 + 399 = 815

Aron - 321 + 355 = 676
